Most of the music was to my liking and also danced to some tracks that i have never danced to befor
a good turn out but not too crowded

I had a good night - ran out of time & still did not get round to dancing with some I had said I would........... But Hey ho that is life & there will be another day.

The Floor - Yes it was to be replaced & I believe still will be "one day", I have heard that there is some dispute over damp, something to do with the previous building contract when the roof was repaired? "I am sure someone knows the full story & will tell all soon".

However some 'kind' person spilt some talc, so the floor on one side of the hall was faster and spins possible without snapping leggs.

As for the music - Not bad, you cant please everyone, we know that but the D.J. should have a bit more practice - is it a problem with down-loads or egarness to change a record? The dance in full flight building up for that perfect finish to a wonderful dance - - - And bang the record is cut off - -

Sorry I think that caught many out on more occasions than it should have.

A good night I enjoyed it but not as good as it could have been.

Well, I had a great evening! Never stopped dancing and even put my dancing shoes back on when Richard caught me and Gill getting ready to go............ thanks Rich - worth putting my shoes back on for as always Smile

I love the Pavillion and didn't find the floor too bad at all, I must have been dancing on the 'talc' side Smile

This venue is fantastic and could have so much more going for it but to my mind they need to sort the dj ( look at Nigels comments) (fab drops, by the way Nig'- thanks ).....and get the place really rocking like it used to be a few years ago!!
Look at how the Hub has changed - for the better - can't the same wand be waved here??

One of the best Pavilion freestyles for quite some time.

The music was excellent with a really fresh feel to it - totally unpredictable ( which gave it an edge ) and consistently good to dance to. At last we have a DJ who was able to step outside of the usual tired 'ceroc live formula' and present a different perspective. A lot of the tracks were new to me and one or two were quite surprising.

The technical problems were slightly peculiar but apparently down to a single 'blown' CD.

I do hope this DJ becomes a regular feature of ceroc live events because he certainly took this freestyle up to an entirely new level.
